What can be returned
The program covers genuine BooOne PCT filter cartridges and RO membrane cartridges.
Before returning your used filters, drain as much water as possible from the cartridges. Place the drained filters in the original plastic inner bag, then place the bag back into the original cardboard packaging.
Add the pre-printed Return Card, attach the prepaid Australia Post label, and drop the package off at any Australia Post outlet.
