PCT filters should be replaced every 12 months, and the RO membrane every 24 months, depending on local water quality and daily usage. The system will alert you when it is time to order a new set.
Replacement is tool-free and takes only a few minutes. Open the cabinet, unlock the filter housings with a quarter turn, remove the old cartridges and insert the new ones until they click into place. Run water for five minutes to flush the system. A step-by-step guide is included in the owner manual.
We recommend installation by a licensed plumber to protect your warranty and ensure WaterMark compliance. Our accredited network covers every Australian state.
The RO unit is covered for six years. The chiller and boiler units are each covered for two years. This covers manufacturing defects only. Filters and consumables are excluded from system coverage.
